I am taking class BIS 115 and we have to course project and we are thinking to make project on some energy saver device, which the customer can install in their home through the main switch and they can control the device from the mobile devices. Basically idea is when no one is at the home and you know that the unused plugs are consuming energy so its on that to save some energy from that device. And also the device we are making will be installed by the electric companies so we have to get touch with them. also we need distributors like amazon or something. Also app developers. Customer service like when the customer get the device we can send somebody from the electric company to install the device through the main switch. So i need help with the Business Model Canvas.
