I have no clue what topic I certainly should write about or what direction I should go with on the one idea I do have.

I need to write a literature review for my English assignment. I have no clue what topic I certainly should write about or what direction I should go with on the one idea I do have. Perhaps you could help. I am required to present a PROBLEM in an organization I am a part of. (Im a stay at home mom in school full time so I'm to apart of any organization to speak of so this has been a challenge as a result- I'm pretty much pretending).

After identifying the problem I must develop a realistic solution on how to fix this problem. This issue must be something in the realm of practicality. Say for example I am apart of a military organization with a sponsorship program. Within this program we are to divulge ALL the necessary information needed to make a smooth transition to their next duty station (this one happens to be overseas). I feel like the problem I am seeing is a lack of effective communication on important aspects of this transition. For example: spouse visa requirements, practical information on having or bringing over vehicles to this location, and information regarding the cost of living (gas prices)etc, the requirements for bringing over pets and bringing them back home after the tour and lastly information in regards to the realistic culture shock one will need to adjust to.

Needless to say this is my potential proposal.

I am trying to figure out how I would find scholarly literature to support my solution?!

Do I look for Literature of communication barriers?

I do not see how listing communication barriers will solve the problem.

If you have any advice as to how I should go about this or perhaps a better route please let me know. Thank you !
