I'm kinda of stuck on the solution for this circuit. I can see that I can break this down into three loops, but before I do that, I need to know what the capacitors are charged to at t=0. It sure seems that the capacitors are in series, right?

I see three loops (as you move clockwise through the circuit): one in which I1 flows from the battery then through R1 and R3. A second loop through which I2 +I3 flows through R2, C1, and R1. A third loop where I3 flows through C2 and R3.

Where am I erring?
