However, such benefits imply lower pay, benefits and terminal benefits. Moreover, such employees do not progress far in their careers and are more susceptible to being dismissed from service. In addition, employers have to face opposition from organized labor, incur greater expenditure on training and an enhancement in the workload of the supervisory and administrative staff (Kerka).
