I need help creating an operating budget for a strategic management plan for Starbucks? I also need help in developing  a strategy for allocating technologies needed to launch my strategic plan into the 21rst century and beyond. Including ways of utilizing social media strategies, technical tools and software that can be leveraged to manage processes and procedures.
