If you doubled the volume of solution and kept the quanties of the reactants the same what would happen to the reaction rate of an SN2 reaction?

If you doubled the volume of solution and kept the quanties of the reactants the same what would happen to the reaction rate of an SN2 reaction? Would this dilution change the time it would take to get a fixed percentage of starting material to react?Consider the same dilution above for an SN1 reaction. Would the time required for 95% for the starting material to react change as a result of this dilution?
