II have some scenarios at the end of a chapter to practice so I will be prepared for an upcoming exam. I have no idea how to answer the following scenario. Can you please help me understand this situation.

The manager at one of your locations calls you and wants to terminate an employee for having religious quotes in his desk area. The area is located in the back room and no one but that person has access to the room.

The question I need to know is, do you make the person remove them? Then, I need to know why or why not?
