In this class, we will be creating and using Access Databases. You must have Microsoft Access on your computer to complete these assignments. IF you do not have Microsoft Access on your computer, go to the Bookstore tab on Blackboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page, there are instructions on how to obtain the Microsoft Office Suite.

There are four main objects that we will be working within the Access Database. They include Tables, Forms, Queries, and Reports. For this assignment, you will be creating tables in an access database using the attached assignment file Unit 2 Key Assessment LO#3 – Step 01 - Build Tables.

1. Download the source data and access database. Follow the attached step-by-step instructions on how to build a table.
2. Write a 300-word summary describing the process of building a table. How easy/hard was it to do? Where did you have difficulties, if any?
3. Take a screenshot of your Access Database, showing all eight tables.
4. Submit your screenshot for grading.
