My ability to coordinate is one of the most valuable assets I can bring to an employer. I know how to look at the “big picture,” or the desired outcome, and identify each step that needs to be taken in order to achieve the desired result. First, I identify the tasks that need to be completed. Next, I research what people or departments need to be involved. Then, I develop a timeline by which all tasks need to be completed, taking into consideration potential pitfalls that may occur. The end result is a seamless event that is appreciated by those who are impacted by its presentation. After an event or project is completed, I conduct either personal or group feedback with the constituents involved to ensure subsequent events are continually improved upon.
