OPTION 1 - Submit electronically via "Unit 3 Lab - Topographic Maps" Assignment Tool (in GoVIEW course): It is preferred that you use a scanner to make an electronic copy of your work; however if you do not have access to a scanner, then you may take pictures of your work using a digital camera or phone camera. All pictures should be saved and submitted in a standard image format (GIF or JPEG recommended). Be sure to review all electronic copies (scanned pages or pictures) before you submit your final work for review to ensure all answers are complete and legible. If you do choose to use a digital camera or phone, then your submission must meet the following requirements:
- Ensure that images are well lit and that images of your work are visible. Be sure to utilize the proper amount of light when capturing your images. Grainy, dark, or poorly-lit images will not be accepted.
- All pages must be oriented in the same direction; the flow should be logical and easy to follow in chronological order. Any simple image editor will allow you to rotate the pages so that they are all the same direction.
- All pages should be combined into one file (PDF is recommended). If using your iPhone or iPad, consider apps such as Scanner Pro, Genius Scan or To PDF to help convert your images into the correct format.
