Assume that the Board liked your proposal but had several questions regarding the implementation schedule, more specific costs, and how you would address potential roadblocks. You really want to have a solid and bulletproof plan, so you use your feedback to make revisions to submit to the Board one last time.

Board Feedback and Questions:

1.            We like the proposal but I need this project done well before the next school semester starts. So we need to have this project implemented 4 weeks earlier. What needs to happen in order for this to occur?

2.            The State budget for schools has been cut this year, so is there any way to reduce the cost for by $10,000. Feel free to get creative here, do we need all the consultants, do we need the training?
