Module Two: Current State of Women in Leadership: Challenges and Opportunities. In this module, learners continue their exploration of women in leadership with a closer examination of significant challenges faced by women in the workplace: wage disparity, stereotypes and behavioral assumptions, and societal pressure put on women to choose between work and family. Wage disparity continues to be an issue facing women in leadership.
