I need to write a protocol for my biochem class. I need help with making dilutions and standards. I want a total volume of 200 microliters and of that buffer should equal 100 microliters and yeast ADH 5 microliters. I don't know how much of the other substances to use and in what dilutions. I have attached the intructions for how to write the protocol. I would appreciate any help Thanks
