Thesis Statement: Because maintaining consistent leadership and adequate management are the keys to success in an emergency situation, it is evident that the effort and collaboration of the governmental agencies at all levels plus the non-governmental organizations during and after a catastrophe cannot be productive without leadership and management. Thus, in this paper, I will examine the impact of leadership and management in the event of emergency state.
