Making a GUI Calculator Calculation and into an executable program

Hello, can anyone help me in making a GUI Calculator Calculation where it can calculate the Modular Credit (MCs), Modular Credit accumulated per Semester, Modular Credit accumulated per academic year, Module name(e.g Programming) , module code (e.g XX-1101), Year taken (e.g 4 years for a Degree students), Grade, Display of modules entered and so on. I have the list of items that will be check for marking. See the attach file i uploaded. Thank you
