Mobile technology in Education.......due today......due in 10 hours

PLEASE MEET THE DEADLINE OF TODAY.....MUST BE DONE IN 10 HOURS......

DO THE FOLLOWING:

Preview:  Your larger project for the upcoming module 8 is going to be to find two lesson plans online that DON'T have any technology and modify those lesson plans to include mobile technology.  (Actually, you are looking for one lesson plan with no technology and one lesson plan with technology but not necessarily mobile technology.  See assignment 7a.*) Keep in mind, we don't want to write a lesson specifically about mobile technology.   We don't want to only substitute mobile technology for another technology or for no technology (although that may be where we have to start).   We want to use the best tools to accomplish the goals and objectives of the lesson plan.  We want using mobile technology to enhance and improve the learning that we want to take place.(If you want to modify one or two of your own lesson plans, that will be perfectly acceptable as well.)Suggestion:  Start looking for lesson plans that contain NO technology (where technology could be used to achieve the goals of the lesson plan), and lesson plans that do contain technology but not mobile technology per se so you can find one of each to modify for your final project. For the final project(s) you will need two lesson plans into which you can add mobile technology components to enhance each lesson plan to facilitate achieving the goals and objectives of the lesson plan you found.  That is what is coming up.  (See Assignment 7a for a list of sites, though you can also find lesson plans on your own.  Correlation to Common Core or other standards should be included.)

For Module 6,  we will look at a few more lesson plans that were written or modified specifically to include mobile technology and give a brief analysis using the template attached to this assignment.  See attachment below! Part 1:  First,  take a look at thiS

(If you do not know what SWBAT means, Google   define SWBAT)When you read through it, what, if anything do you recognize from what we have studied in this class this term?   (Recognize any of the terms or concepts? What are they? PLEASE LIST and explain.  In fact, for future reference, go back and make a list of the concepts we have covered, from SAMR to Blooms to...  You will need this again.)  Put your answer on a Word document to upload with Part 2.

Part 2:  Select 3 lesson plans to evaluate from the list below.  (You only need to select three total.) Fill out one Lesson Plan Rubric for each lesson plan you evaluate.   Use the lesson plan rubric attached below. (Note:  Some of these lesson plans were created just to use mobile technology, which is not exactly the idea we are following - but it gives us something to reference.)

Put a simple rating as indicated in the categories on the form and add any notes you think are appropriate. DO include what materials and technology are included.

Do NOT answer cognitive level of Bloom's/DOK as only "yes" or "no" - that answer is a non-answer.  You need to point out something that it relates to.  So, yes, put the corresponding level AND put what in the lesson plan you see that correlates to that.   Standards - copy in the standards addressed or list that none were addressed.    (You should have some comments/notes.  You do NOT have to create or recreate a whole lesson plan, or list all the steps for step-by-step.  If step-by-step instructions are included, you can just indicate a statement that step-by-step instructions are included.)

Upload your three completed lesson plan rubrics.

USE THE ATTACHED TEMPLATE TO DO THE WORK. YOU ARE BASICALLY FILLING IN THE MICROSOFT SHEET THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE ASSIGNMENT

YOU WILL DO 3 TEMPLATES AND THE 1 WORD DOCUMENT TO DO PART 1
