In that case, peace and reconciliation techniques should be used especially in Northern Uganda to avoid any kind aggression between the rebels and government forces.

Another key factor in African matters should be dealt with by African people. There is absolutely no need for putting pressure on the United States government to intervene (Peter, 21). As much as African countries appreciate the wet support in terms of foreign aid and donation they have also proved to the world that they are willing and ready to solve their own problems, some which have proved to be big challenges to the world. Therefore, the campaign for western countries to intervene in Kony’s capture is very not a good idea.
