Need assistant with the following:

Research-based position paper

Instructions

As you become a leader in integrating technology into curriculum and programs in a preK-12 school or school district, at some point you will no doubt need to convince others in the school and/or district of the value of using a certain educational technology for strengthening or transforming teaching and learning. An important part of making such recommendations will be providing evidence from scholarly literature, including quantitative studies, of the benefits of a particular educational technology’s usage and how the benefits outweigh the disadvantages.

With this in mind, your task is to write a position paper to convince your principal and/or the school board to purchase a specific type of educational technology for your school. The technology you choose can be implemented school-wide or targeted at a specific grade level/subject area.

For example, you may want to implement a 1:1 initiative with laptops or tablets to improve student access to learning materials outside of the school day, or implement GSuite to improve students’ writing skills, or build a Maker Space for students to practice critical thinking and problem solving.

To complete this assignment, you will search the library databases and the Web for four scholarly articles, including a quantitative research study, to be used as evidence in your position paper. In writing your position paper, you should both synthesize and critique the articles you use.
