Recent researches done on infertile men revealed that obesity has an adverse effect on male fertility as well, and found a direct link between obesity and the overall quality of a man’s sperm.

Tackling obesity is possible by changing our eating habits and resorting to regular exercise. In special cases, medication and even surgical intervention may be adopted. Obesity is primarily a product of our own wrong habits and lifestyle, which primarily obstructs reproductive capacity.
