 Prior to beginning work on this final presentation, read Chapters 12 and 15 in your course textbook. You will prepare a professional presentation on the novel intervention description developed in your final paper. Please note you are not presenting the paper itself, but a stand-alone presentation of the intervention described in the paper; think of it as something you would present in a community town hall meeting.

Follow these steps to complete this assignment:

Part 1 – PowerPoint Requirements

You will create a PowerPoint presentation, and you must also add Speaker Notes for each content slide to explain the information shown on the slides. The presentation will be submitted through Waypoint.

In your presentation,

• Explain the background of the health disparity topic.
• Describe previous efforts to try and address the health disparity.
• Describe the strengths and weaknesses of previous interventions.
• Explain your novel intervention's purpose and goals.
• Describe the theoretical framework used to guide intervention activities and components.
• Relate your logic model.
• Illustrate the translation and implementation considerations for your intervention.
• Describe the necessary community involvement for a successful intervention and how to achieve it.
