Part A) Some students have outstanding balance and they have to pay their outstanding before their mark actually released. 

Your program has to ask user their name using Java panel to check the student status. The entered name must be checked against following users.

"Sam Bari"

"Tony Lambardo"

"Lovepreet Kour"

If the user is a match a message panel has to identify the student and ask the user to go to administrative office. For example,"tony lambardo" entered his name. NOTE THAT YOUR PROGRAM IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE CASE SENSITIVE.

The message will be "Hi tony lambardo you have an outstanding balance. Your mark cannot be released. Please go to administrative office."

If other user than these three entered their name. The message should say

"you have no outstanding for this semester" 

Part B) 

I have to write a program to get three marks from the users with no outstanding using java panels. Your program must get the average of that three numbers and Identifies the Grade and Grade point of the average mark and display to the users using java panels. 

For example: If user enter 60 as the first mark 75 as the second mark and 85 as the third. User will see a java panel informing the following format!

"The average of 60 and 75 and 85 is 73.33"   // note the average should show only 2 decimal places

"Your grade is B and your grade point is 3.0"
