Download the paper that you are to critique from the Reflective paper exchange. You are now ready to

offer feedback, comments, and suggestions so that the author can improve her paper. Leave comments

by activating “Track changes” under “Review” in Word. Type comments everywhere you believe the

paper could be improved. Do not correct the author’s grammar or punctuation. Instead, give detailed

suggestions for improvement. Do not simply state that you like any particular idea. This is not college

level participation. Help the author improve the paper by giving commentary. Once done, you are ready

to email the paper back to its author so that the author can improve her own draft.
