Global HRD - The preliminary function of global Human Resource Management is that the organization carries a local appeal in the host country despite maintaining an international feel. Comparative - This field of study is much more broad-ranging and involves analysis of the institutional frameworks in which HRD and education practices are culturally located. National - is the planned and coordinated process of enhancing HR in one or more political states or geographic regions for economic and/or social purposes. All in the same country here.
