PHIL Intro to Ethics
Hello, I need help for this homework for PHIL Intro to Ethics
Jean-Paul Sartre's existentialism claims that, for human beings, "existence precedes essence." This means not only that Sartre would deny the validity of most of the theories of human nature we've read about so far, thus depriving many views in ethics of any firm grounding. It also means that Sartre thinks we've no originary or fixed nature or essence. "I'm centerless?" My head begins to spin.
Don't let Sartre win! Can you come up with that feature or those traits of "humanity" that are essential or unchangeable? What's most important about being us?
It must be done in 8 hours, NO COPY or plagiarism.Half of page.
Thanks.
