3. Mark the main elements of the home page and name these items. Example "Title", "Contact Us" etc. You may do this on one of the following two ways: 
4. You may screenshot the page and use arrows, highlights, and labels directly on the screenshot. Then upload that file.
5. If you do not have this capability, describe the items in a list in a Word document. Then upload the pdf document.
