Evaluate Seth Goldman's leadership performance on the concept of the "Triple Bottom Line" using at least two (2) examples from each resource to support your evaluation.

The Triple Bottom Line is a concept that is designed to help organizations remain stable. This concept is inclusive of the 3P's people, planet, and profit. People—is the understanding of how your business (or you) affect those around you. This is not limited to those close in vicinity but employees, peers in your community, a group at a particular disadvantage or society as a whole. Planet—refers to the impact your actions or company's actions have on the environment, not only in the moment but in the future as well. Profit is simple. In order for an organization to remain stable the company has to be financially stable and understand the methods and measurements needed and executed to achieve that goal.

Based on the two videos posted for the discussion Mr. Goldman does an excellent job focusing on all three. Honest Tea's focus is on health and wellness and according to Mr. Goldman the organization markets at events that highlight and focus on this. The goal is to change the way people think about health and implement these changes into their everyday lifestyle. When telling the story about his visit to see the bushes he mentioned how one person's problem may be another person's solution. While he thought a bridge would be a solution they felt otherwise and that it could alter the environment. His company ultimately invested in this and allowed them to maintain their structures based on their own solutions. Honest Tea has also proven to be very financially stable especially in their partnership with Coca-Cola which allowed for better distribution and the ability for the organization to reach markets that they once had no access to.

Overall, I would say that Mr. Goldman is doing an excellent job as TeaEO.
