Single space, 12pts, Times New Roman

List and number EACH section from 1 to 5 (6 is optional) see pdf file posted under that assignment, see deliverable section. 

You do not have to copy/paste all the stories you got, but in the table used to analyze them keep track such that friend 1 coworker's 1 friend 2 relative 1 etc.... so I can see which analysis belong to which person.

As long as you had 5 reply with at least 10 stories you should be able to complete the assignment
