 Proposed topic for RESEARCH PAPER  (approximately 200 words)  needs to be about a person, event, ideology, or movement from the field of US Women's History 1900-1975.  Be as specific as possible. 

Women in the civil rights movement is too broad. A specific woman and/or event in the civil rights movement is better. However, It cannot be a biography. If you are interested in a particular woman, find an aspect of her life about which to write. NO ROSA PARKS/BUS BOYCOTT projects will be accepted -- Rosa Parks did a lot of amazing work outside of the bus boycott. The topic should be a college-level topic.
