For example, cases involving two individuals such as breach of contract and trespass should be heard by the federal court. When a case involves the federal government, it is heard by the state government since the federal court cannot rule against its government. For example. the federal government is sued for poor services.
When a case involves any amount above $75,000 the case should be heard by the state court example, issuing a legal person for damages worth $90,000 but when it involves any amount below this the federal court is free to address. For example. an employee sued for theft of goods worth $10,000.
