Q - English is spoken widely around the globe. This is one reason that shows that communication between different cultures is crucial to the understanding and communication between nations. There are many different reasons to learn other languages. One big reason to learn another language is simply better understanding of cultures and better communication with a wider span of people. You will get more out of traveling and it will be more enjoyable at that. Also while traveling or just being at home you can enjoy foreign art such as films, theater, and even music. Also learning other languages gives you a better understanding of your own culture. By learning an outside language you also learn of the culture at which the language originates. By understanding another culture you get to see from a different perspective your own culture and learn how it differs from others.
