Question 1:Discounted cash flow analysis was used in some fashion with most of the companies I have managed during “the industry” portion of my career.Be clairvoyant with me for a second……going forward in your own management career assume you get the next position, promotion, etc. that you covet. If you accept that new role…how might NPV assist you to manage that new position?

Question 2: What sort of problem might you envision by entirely utilizing a discounted cash flow analysis method such as NPV or IRR to the exclusion of all other parts of an evaluation of a Corkford type decision?
