He reports hearing the voice of God telling him to stand on a street corner and preach to persons passing by. Lately, he has intensified his "preaching" by getting in the face of people and screaming for them to follow the "laws of God." This has resulted in authorities intervening and having him leave the area. He has stopped working and become more reclusive. In addition, he has begun seeing visions of the Apocalypse, and the voices have been telling him that he is to be a "great warrior" before the "end of humanity." The bpolice finally brought him to the emergency room when he was caught wielding a knife and largely being incoherent in speech. As a mental health counselor working in the emergency room, a) discuss the key elements that you would assess from Nathan, b) what type of treatment you would recommend, and c) why that type of treatment?

Question 5) After two weeks of treatment, Nathan has stabilized. He no longer experiences hallucinations and recognizes that these experiences are part of his mental illness. Although medically stable, he does not have a job. In addition, he shows odd social behavior in his interractions with others, shows poor social manners, and does not consistently take care of his hygiene.
