Question: How would you teach the form 'going to + verb' used for future plans to a preintermediate class?

I am enrolled in an online TESOL course. I am stuck on one question that I have submitted twice and this is my last attempt. I did very well on all 35 of the other questions. I have attached a copy of the question, my answer and my instructors feedback. I am stuck!!
