It would be best to focus on the details of building relationship through joint-ventures. Many successful partnerships have emerged from joint-venture in the business world.

A. You are a digital content developer and you own your own digital publishing establishment. You wish to expand your readers’ target audience reach base with another digital publishing establishment who has the audience you desire to reach and capture. The other digital publishing establishment envy’s your online advertising reach for advertisers and the creative expertise you have for graphic designing. And you like to share the use of the other digital publisher’s servers as he/she has data storage capacity of over 50 trillion bytes. Note that in the near future data management, date control and data analysis are important factors to a digital economy. Employing your own creativity and imagination create a MOU document that will be a win-win for your partnership.

You may research the internet for examples but do not copy the examples, the work has to be your own, and if you do you must cite the website from where you researched from. You may use journals to help you develop your thoughts and your document.

Your paper must envelop all possible thought processes to building an MOU for a joint venture (apart from the suggestion listed here). And that means appointing personnel to oversee the joint venture –stakeholder and management, your company’s portion to resource sharing, the stakeholder’s responsibilities, and judicial location for settlements, the exit strategy, the win-win and more.

You may be creative with the location of the JV, the industry in which you intent to invest in and the capture of market share if necessary.
