Refer to Figure 11-4 in our text.  Now reflect on a team situation that you were a member of that was either highly functional and successful, or highly dysfunctional and unsuccessful.  Reflecting on the five aspects of team composition in Figure 11-4, which do you think were contributing factors to the success or failure of your team experience?  Was one aspect the predominant factor or were there multiple contributing aspects?  And finally, if you were responsible for assembling a work team for a long term project how would you approach and define each of these five aspects for your new team?
