Research paper

Your rough draft should follow the guidelines for your final paper (see handout) -  but, it doesn't have to be complete. I recommend that you have your introduction completed, as this will allow me to see where you are, and where you are going - you do not have to have a complete conclusion in the rough draft - though of course, if you do, that is fine.

Also, citations do not need to be 100% in place and correct. You may simply indicate in your rough draft that this is where a citation should be, for example (citation to Jones here). You should, however, have a preliminary "Works Cited" page at the end of your rough draft. I will provide you with feedback on the rough draft in 3-4 days after you submit it and give you suggestions for the final draft.
