Every organization must ensure that they are competitive and developing at a fast pace. Each organization has its own challenges and difficulties that can be used to propel and develop its business plans. Every organization has the ability to be successful or fail.

The vulnerability can also be utilized to transform the company by adjusting to new business conditions and embracing change. In other to achieve the desired result, it is important to generate a resourceful and effective change program that has consistent data showcasing what needs to be changed in the company. The failure to diagnose the issue can lead to disaster and more problems in the future. Ivancevich, J. M., Konopaske, R., & Matteson, M. T. (2018). “Change agents facilitate the diagnostic stage of organizational change and development process” (Pg. 483).

Organizational Diagnosis is a practical way for the company to decide issues among current and wanted execution and how it can accomplish the desired objectives. The reason for a diagnosis is to distinguish issues confronting the association and to decide their causes with the goal that management can design arrangements.

The most important aspect of diagnosing is to achieve the goals and implement the change that a business is seeking for competitive advantage.
