Need response with references by Saturday evening. 

It governance has internal aspects that reflect the organizations commitments, expectations, values and ethics and externally mandated rules that protect the industry and the public. Most of these rules apply based on the industry or client characteristics. For the most part these rules protect privacy and the client.
