Risk Factors for Cognitive Decline With AgeFor this week’s assignment, pick one area of cognition that interests you (e.g., memory, language, visuospatial abilities, attention, processing speed, decision making, reasoning, or comportment/behavior) and write a paper describing the expected or “normal” age-related changes in this area (or lack of change if appropriate). In your paper address the basis for these changes or the reasons why this area of cognition is less vulnerable to age-related change. You should also include a description of how to differentiate the so-called “normal” age-related changes from those that may indicate a more serious condition.
