In my current job I work with many doctors that are from different societal clusters. Mostly from India. They are demanding, very matter of fact, firm, and wants what they want when they want it. But also

nice, giving, caring, and extremely intelligent. I have learned alot from working with them. But being in leadership over them they can be intimidating, overbearing, come across as being rude, and hard to manage.
