Strategic Plan, Part 2: Internal Environmental Analysis

Hello

I'm looking for someone to stick with me to the end of my class; and will be able to deliver A++ work.

This is two part assignment. The previous tutor I chose didn't deliver my assignment. This is my last class to me getting my Masters degree. I really need to finish strong.

The company I am doing this stratgic plan on is Kaiser Permanente. I work for the company so if you need additional information please let me know. I have attached the first paper I submitted. I've also attached some information I found about the company.

Follow the instructions based on decision to complete the Strategic Plan:

Strategic Plan, Part 1: Environmental Scan

You will perform an environmental scan for your target company. 

Write a 1,050-word minimum environmental analysis in which you include the following: 

  • Determine how to create value and sustain competitive advantage using the environmental scanning strategy.
  • Evaluate the company's external environment.
  • Assess the company's general environment.
  • Evaluate the organization's industry operating environment.

Part Two:

Strategic Plan Part 2: Internal Environmental Analysis

Write a 1,400-word minimum internal environmental analysis in which you include the following: 

  • Assess the organization's internal environment.
  • Identify the most important strengths and weaknesses of your organization including an assessment of the organization's resources.
  • Identify the most important internal environmental factors in the general, industry, and external analysis in relation to the internal analysis.
  • Perform competitor analysis.
  • Assess the structure of the organization and the influence this has on its performance.
  • Determine the organization's competitive position and the possibilities this provides.
