Survey Instrument: Each student is required to develop a survey instrument related directly to the research question the instructor approved for you and to the research proposal submitted on March 6. As a guide, read the Survey Instrument Sample in the Survey Instrument folder under the Assignments tab on CANVAS. Before you complete the survey instrument assignment, you should carefully read “Survey Instrument Quantitative and Qualitative Sections” in the Survey Instrument folder under the Assignments tab on CANVAS to be able to answer the Questions on the Quantitative and Qualitative Sections of the assignment. You should also read “Data Analysis” on pages 4-6 in the “Unclear and Clear Research Questions” in the same folder to be able to answer the data analysis questions in the assignment. Use your understanding of class discussion to answer the questions on construct validity and on content validity. In your Survey Instrument, your 9-point Likert scale agreement level statements on your dependent variable, your independent variable, and your control variables must match your conceptualization, operationalization, and measurement of the variables, as discussed in your Research Proposal submitted on March 6. Your qualitative questions/statements on your dependent variable, your independent variable, and your control variables must match your conceptualization, operationalization, and measurement of the variables, as discussed in your Research Proposal submitted on March 6.Submit the Survey Instrument in the Survey Instrument folder under the Assignments tab on CANVAS. Additional information on the required components of the required survey instrument is in the “Instructions for the Survey Instrument” PDF document in the Survey Instrument folder under the Assignments tab on CANVAS. Due date for the Survey Instrument: by 12 pm on April 25
