Remember that you need a total of five (5) well-written notes to be able to get the points: 1-Summary; 2- Direct Quotation; 3- Paraphrase; 4- Personal Comment; and 5- Combination (where you combine any two types in ONE note).Finally, you need an additional note with a visual to include in your paper: A table, chart, graph, or picture for a total of six (6) NOTES in Evernote.
