This assignment will be completed in a group. Each group will be assigned a diagnosis by the instructor of the course.  The students will work in a group to create a patient case using the Care Plan Client Concept Map-Grand Round Project packet and Grand Rounds Project Presentation Template below.

Each group will present their “patient” in class. At the end of the project, each student will evaluate every member of the group. More detailed instructions are on the first page of the Care Plan Client Concept Map-Grand Round Project packet below.
