this is a question regarding Capital Budgets. I have two alternative Projects the first project, alpha robot has higher overall npv $344,072.45 in comparison to project B's npv of $104,879.54. The CFO of the company is concerned the new tech will be obsolete in year 4. So if I calculate the NPV of using first three years of cash savings. Project B has Higher NPV. Which Project should I recommend.
