This is an individual project for each student but they will each share their findings with their classmates on a discussion board during the 7th week of the course.  Because it might take you a while to find each of the things asked for in this assignment, I wanted to give it to you ahead of time and also allow you a little time to get started on it.  I want you to find one movie, one news article, one TV show and one book that have to do with some of the topics we have been studying here in our positive psychology course.  You are to choose one of the topics below - all of them should sound very familiar - and find each of the media formats that I mentioned above.  You are then to put that on the discussion board at the during Module 5.  I know this may sound hard, but I want you to have fun with it.  Talk to your friends and family.  Get their ideas.  This is a really good excuse to go to a movie!! 

Ask me any questions you have.  This is work 50 points so take it seriously.  Your grade will be determined by how well you defend the reason you chose a certain movie, news article, TV show and book Remember they should all be on the same topic.

I have hopefully made this assignment fun as you will gather media evidence of the assigned topic.
