Time-based art (TBA) is a term used to describe some of the most edgy current visual art being made today. I attended the TBA Festival in Portland in the fall. Choosing what to see and figuring out a calendar was a challenge since the events took place throughout Portland and my transportation varied from a bicycle to the bus and sometimes a ride from my host. In the end attended 31 events in 10 days. I'm asking you to choose only one and tell me why.
