Over the last few months, Online Systems Solutions have teamed up with Bazaar Ceramics to develop a website. After several stages for data gathering with customers and employees, OSS has gathered the required information to start. There were three main stages of data gathering that was implemented, first the business problems are summarised in a one-page document. Then requirements were gathered that identifies all the information gathering tasks.Then finally, an online survey as well as a meeting agenda and 1 on 1 meeting with Tess Long who is one of the customer. The questions for the meeting and online survey was prepared from the above tasks.
