The objectives in this lesson gives an introduction to how a health care organization should be properly operated.

What risks or challenges might a manager encounter if they have not mastered these objectives? It is very scarce for any manager/administrator to take any major risks in the health care. In business there are always risks to take because you can become more successful in your failures,however, in the health care field, individuals lives are at stake so risks should be very minimal.
