Instructions: 

LMX 7 Questionnaire: Write a one-paragraph self-analysis as if you are the leader, and the answers provided describe your relationship with one of your followers. 

Transformational Leadership Inventory: Write one paragraph analyzing the results for Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership. Also, use the definitions and score guide at the bottom of the table to guide the paragraph structure.
